ABOUT ME

HI, I AM Carla

Living in Maastricht and driven by my passion for yoga and sports.

After completing my training I started teaching at the most beautiful place in Maastricht, the rooftop of the old Sphinx building with sessions by sundown and meditation under the stars. I'm teaching in several sportschools and studio's and I love creating  new opportunaties for my students and always teach from my heart.

The goal of my private sessions is to give some personal attention in the fast and busy time we live in and make you feel good in body and mind.
